Welcome to Oceanflo (https://oceanflo.in). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our website and the purchase of bulk Packaged Drinking Water products manufactured by Om Sai Ram Aqua Products.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Manufacturing Standards, Hygiene & Regulatory Compliance

Oceanflo Packaged Drinking Water with Added Minerals is manufactured at our Ballarpur facility in strict compliance with Indian food safety and quality laws:

• BIS Certification: Our packaged drinking water conforms strictly to IS 14543:2016 standards established by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
• FSSAI Compliance: We operate under a valid FSSAI License, adhering to stringent food safety, hygiene, and batch-traceability protocols.
• 100% Automated Contactless Processing: Our plant operates an advanced 60 BPM (Bottles Per Minute) fully automatic bottling line. From bottle rinsing and RO purification with mineral addition to filling, capping, and labeling, the entire process is 100% untouched by human hands.
• Batch Quality Testing: Every production batch undergoes rigorous laboratory testing for pH, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), added mineral balance, and microbiological parameters prior to dispatch.

2. Product Variants & Bulk Packaging Specifications

We supply RO Packaged Drinking Water with added minerals strictly in factory-sealed bulk cartons:

• 1 Litre (1000 mL) Variant: Standard Carton of 12 Bottles
• 500 mL Variant: Standard Carton of 24 Bottles
• 250 mL Variant: Standard Carton of 48 Bottles

*Note: Loose bottles are not sold directly from the plant. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) may apply depending on your delivery location and order category (Retail, Event, Institutional, or B2B Distribution).*

3. Ordering, Pricing & Taxes

• Currency & GST: All prices quoted on oceanflo.in or in official quotations are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless explicitly stated as " plus GST" on B2B/wholesale rate cards.
• Price Revisions: Due to fluctuations in PET preform, packaging carton, fuel, and logistics costs, Om Sai Ram Aqua Products reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice. Confirmed orders where advance payment has been received will not be affected.
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to plant stock availability and management acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Unloading Policy

• Delivery Timelines: Delivery schedules provided at the time of booking are estimates and may vary based on order volume, transport availability, and road/weather conditions.
• Point of Delivery & Unloading: Because bulk water cartons are heavy, standard delivery is up to the ground-floor/vehicle-accessible unloading point unless upper-floor unloading has been explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to dispatch.
• Recipient Availability: The buyer or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery address to inspect the cartons, verify the count, and sign the delivery challan/invoice.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including strikes, transport disruptions, extreme weather, power grid failures, or government restrictions.

5. Mandatory Post-Delivery Storage & Handling Conditions

To maintain the purity, taste, and safety of Oceanflo water after delivery, the buyer/distributor must adhere to the following storage rules:

• Cool & Shaded Storage: Cartons must be stored in a clean, cool, dry, and ventilated area strictly away from direct sunlight and high heat. Exposure of PET bottles to sunlight degrades water quality and promotes microbial/algae growth.
• Chemical Isolation: Cartons must never be stored near strong-smelling substances, fuels (petrol/diesel/kerosene), paints, pesticides, or chemical cleaning agents, as odors can permeate PET packaging over time.
• No Liability for Improper Storage: Om Sai Ram Aqua Products shall not be responsible or liable for any change in taste, odor, or quality resulting from improper storage, sun exposure, or mishandling by the buyer, transporter, or retailer after delivery.

6. Inspection, Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of packaged drinking water, we maintain a strict return and replacement policy:

• Transit Damage or Leakage: Buyers must inspect cartons at the time of delivery. Any crushed cartons or leaking bottles must be noted on the delivery challan and reported to help@oceanflo.in (with photos/videos) at the time of delivery or within 12 hours. Verified transit-damaged units will be replaced free of cost on the next delivery cycle or refunded proportionately.
• Quality Concerns & Batch Traceability: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing quality issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the Batch Number, Date of Manufacture, and intact sealed bottles from that batch for laboratory testing, as required by FSSAI norms.
• Tamper-Evident Seals: We do not accept claims or returns for bottles whose neck caps/tamper-evident seals have been broken, or once the order has been accepted and stored in non-compliant conditions.
• No Change-of-Mind Returns: Once an order is dispatched from our Ballarpur plant, cancellations or returns due to a change of mind or leftover event stock are strictly not accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on oceanflo.in, including the Oceanflo brand name, logos, bottle label designs, packaging artwork, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Om Sai Ram Aqua Products. Unauthorized reproduction, counterfeiting, refilling of Oceanflo branded bottles, or misuse of our brand assets will result in strict civil and criminal legal action under Indian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Oceanflo and Om Sai Ram Aqua Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of business profits arising out of the use or inability to use our website or products. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability shall never exceed the actual invoice value of the specific defective carton(s) supplied by us.

9. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transaction conducted with us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with our website, products, or invoices shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ballarpur / Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India.
